I have been living in Monticello Oaks for almost 2 years now. It is, by far, the best place I have ever lived. The community consists of a good mix of residents that are all very friendly and sociable. The management and maintenance personnel onsite are incredible! They know everyone by name and are more than happy to happy with any kind of request!

Very comfortable and enjoyable. Neighbors are all nice and the noise level is low. Staff is very friendly and helpful. dog parks are nice, pool is nice and they got new equipment in the gym and that is a nice spot to get a quick workout.
